Applications without this information may be overlooked. If you do not currently have a pet, include vet information from the last pet that you owned. Vet checks are a must! You can speed up the adoption process by bringing your a copy of your water bill or renters agreement with you to adoption day. If you have records of your pets vaccinations and veterinary care - bring them with you.
